  • Negative Inverted Rows
    • Left focus: 8s
    • Right focus: 15s
  • The left or right focus is achieved by applying a similar method to the Archer Pushup. Simply having the unfocused hand further way from the body, bigger distance yields higher difficulty

  • Did the shoulder ROM with left arm focus and could feel the difficulty in maintaining the arm straight and the shoulder braced. Should repeat this as much as possible to strenthen left arm.
  • The Tensor fasciae latae muscle was very tender. I could feel pressure diminishing on the knees after the massage. Should do this every day.

  • Hollow body progression 1 with legs bent. It's still not possible to straighten the legs with feet on the floor, while contracting the glutes due to tight hip flexors

  • Inverted rows with a broom and chairs, feet close to body. Go closer to the bar more times, still needs work
  • Negative pullups both with a chair chair to help go up. Left arm focus. Felt easier than the assisted pullups, could try pushing more next time.
  • pushups have again pushed to my limit on the last set

  • The hamstring stretch felt really good, no feeling behind the knee, all in the muscle

  • Groceries run, full speed. By the end I was tired, but felt good.

  • The pain in the right knee was there again but this time I was able to stretch a bit more by going slower. Still, have to go even slower!
